    • 591 crisis grants

We handled:

  • 855* review applications
    • 263 community care grants
    • 590 crisis grants

Other key figures

  • 1,352 enquiries handled - 74% were people contacting us in error when trying to contact their local council
  • 681 review requests progressed to a decision being made
    • 52.1% of community care grants upheld
    • 15.8% of crisis grants upheld
