In 2017-18 we handled 606 reviews, which represents a 38.7% increase in comparison to the previous year.
This included 318 community care grant reviews and 288 crisis grant reviews, a total of 606.
The overall average uphold rate for crisis grant applications was 35%.
The overall average uphold rate for community care grant reviews was 52%.
