Easter closure 

Our office will be closed Friday 3 April to Monday 6 April for the Easter break. 

You can still request a review via our online form but this will not be processed until we reopen on Tuesday.

2018-19 Annual Report

Our annual report 2018-19 was laid before parliament on 30th October 2019.

The report highlights that we:

  • helped 1,567 people and handled 800 reviews
  • signposted 762 people to other sources of assistance
  • exceeded our three performance targets.
