Bank holiday closure

Our office will be closed Monday 4 May for the Early May bank holiday.

You can still request a review via our online form but this will not be processed until we reopen on Tuesday.

2017-18 Annual Report

Our annual report 2017-18 was laid before parliament on 26th July 2018.

The report highlights that we:

  • helped 1,172 people and handled 764 reviews
  • received 69% of first contact from applicants via our Freephone number
  • exceeded our performance targets.
